  • Washable cover : The cover is made of 100% extra-fine merino wool and is removable for easy care.
  • Memory foam : Unique composition of a perfect density  memory foam, offered in collaboration with the Quebec manufacturer of high-end mattresses Zedbed.
  • Freshness : The custom Volprivé protective cover keeps the foam cool and protects it.
  • Practical : Can be used as neck support, head support or lumbar support. Its lateral curved shape hugs the neck or lower back perfectly. A perfect item for long train, plane or car journeys, but also for long naps.
  • Included : Includes the BON VOYAGE 2L white reusable waterproof bag to protect it and carry it easily. It is equipped with a clip allowing it to be attached to a suitcase, a backpack or any other carrying bag.

Care instructions

CARE of the NUAGE compact travel pillow

  • DO NOT WASH MEMORY FOAM.
  • Remove the merino wool cover.
  • Wash the cover on a delicate cycle, max 40°C.
  • For best results, use a mild soap or soap for wool items.
  • No bleaching agents.
  • Tumble dry low or dry clean.
  • Iron at low temperature.

If necessary, to wash the polyester and viscose protective cover, remove the memory foam from the cover and follow the same washing instructions above.

Shipping is free on all orders over $200.00 CAD.

For orders under $200.00 CAD:

  • USA: Standard fee of CAD $25.00
  • Europe and Israel: Standard fee of CAD $35.00
  • Asia: Standard fee of CAD $40.00

Customs fees or other import-related fees

We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes or other costs associated with delivery to the USA and Internationally.

Return policy

Please note that a fixed fee of $15.00 CAD will be deducted from your refund, if applicable, to cover the costs related to the return form and handling.

For any exchange or refund request related to your order, please send an email to info@volprive.ca within 14 days of delivery of the package.

For hygienic reasons, no returns or refunds will be made on the following products:

  • COMPRESSION socks

Only items that have not been unpacked will be considered for return.
