Refund policy

For any questions, additional information or specific details on a product or related to an order, please send an email to info@volprive.ca. Someone from our customer relations team will respond in a timely fashion.

Please note that a standard $15.00 fee will be deducted from any refunds, if applicable, to cover for restocking and return fees. 

PURE 2.0 FACE COVERS

Please note that for hygienic reasons we can not take the PURE 2.0 protective masks back, unless of a defect, no exchange or refund will be accepted.

COMPRESSION SOCKS

For hygienic reasons, no pairs of COMPRESSION socks will be accepted for refund. Only packages not open will be considered for an exchange or a refund.

MERINO WOOL ACCESSORIES OR ITEMS

Our return policy only applies to items that have not been warned, used or washed. Only accessories that have been bought on volprive.ca or through Hudson Bay's online Marketplace* can be considered for a return within 30 days following the reception of the order. No return or refund past this delay will be accepted. The refunds are processed through the original form of payment. And please note that in some cases the return shipping fees may be paid by the customer. 

*For orders done through La Maison Simons, La Fabrique 1840, Le Panier Bleu and Hudsons Bay, please contact them directly for the refund or exchange process. 

EXCHANGE OR REFUND OF AN ITEM

Please send an email to info@volprive.ca with your order number confirmation and your name to start the exchange or refund process. We do not accept any exchange or refund past the 30 days delivery delay. For the return, please use the original packaging if possible and / or make sure the items are secure for shipping.  

REFUND PROCESS DELAY

The refund will be processed once the item is safely returned to our atelier, and once inspected, it will be processed in the original payment form (original credit card) within 14 days. You will receive an automated - via Shopify - email confirming the refund has been processed. Please note that your banking institution may take additional time to credit the funds back to your account even if Volprivé inc. has confirmed the refund. 

If a product is returned for a refund, the taxes paid for this item at the time of purchase will also be refunded. But please take note that the shipping fee and its applicable taxes will not be refunded

If a product is being refunded and the order came with a promotional item / gift  with your purchase, please note that this promo item will also have to be returned for the refund to occur. 

RETURN PROCESS

All products bought at retail stores (except the ones purchased through Hudson Bay's website) have to be returned to the retailer. We do not interfere in these independent retailer's return policies. 

All products bought through volprive.ca have to be returned directly to us via the above mentioned procedure. Please contact info@volprive.ca for more information and for the return address.
