DELIVERY IN CANADA
For all orders under CAD$99.00, a fixed charge of CAD$9.99 + applicable taxes will be added to your final invoice. For all orders of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes, standard delivery is offered free of charge.
In most cases, we use the services of Canada Post. When the shipping label is printed, you will automatically receive an email indicating the tracking number. We try to ship items in stock related to an order within 24 to 48 hours. Please refer to Canada Post delivery time. Note that on average, STANDARD delivery is made within 2-5 working days.
In certain parts of Canada and/or during certain very busy periods, we occasionally use the services of Purolator. If, for example, you want to send an order that will be delivered to a commercial address, please let us know because this carrier is usually faster in these circumstances.
USA AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We now offer international delivery (Canada Post/DHL/UPS/Fedex).
DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $200 CAD.
For orders under 200$CAD:
- USA: Standard fee of CAD $25.00.
- Europe and Israel: Standard fee of CAD $35.00.
- Asia and rest of the world: Standard fee of CAD$40.00.

CUSTOMS FEES OR OTHER FEES RELATED TO IMPORTATION
We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes or other costs associated with an International delivery.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You can only provide one shipping address each time you place an order. If you are shopping for people with different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Online purchase orders are processed for shipping once item availability has been confirmed. Delivery is generally made within two (2) days to five (5) business days in the Greater Montreal area, and five (5) to ten (10) business days in the rest of Canada.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items purchased through the volprive.ca website are subject to a shipping contract, which means that Volprivé assumes the risk of loss of the items ordered as soon as we deliver them to the carrier. The title of ownership of these items is transferred to you when you take possession of the package at destination, either at the delivery address provided during the online purchase order or at the applicable postal outlet, the date of delivery from Canada Post attesting to it. However, if you do not receive your item within a reasonable time, please let us know so that we can follow up with Canada Post, and/or make a formal search request for a lost package. When returning or exchanging items by mail, Volprivé assumes the risk of loss of the returned items as soon as you return the package to Canada Post, respecting the instructions described in the return or exchange section of a purchase. online below.
